SHOP POLICIES
Due to the unique nature of vintage and handmade goods, The Ochre Stone does not accept returns or exchanges.  Please read the item descriptions carefully upon ordering, as any major flaws or garment issues beyond what appears in photos will be noted in the description.  If you would like to inquire further regarding the condition of a piece, please feel free to contact theochrestone@gmail.com with any questions prior to purchasing. It is important to keep in mind that vintage pieces are aged by at least twenty years or more and will typically show minor signs of wear - this is what makes vintage clothing completely unique and special.  Furthermore, please check the measurements of the item description, as this will greatly help you decide if a piece will fit you correctly.  Policies aside, if you are unhappy with your order for whatever reason, we would still like to hear from you to be sure we are aware of any pertinent issues.  Above all, we want you to feel good and be happy with your purchase from The Ochre Stone.
JEWELRY CARE

All jewelry is designed by The Ochre Stone and is mixed, mottled, cut, sanded, and assembled by hand. Pieces are lightweight and sturdy, and slight variations assure that each piece is one of a kind.

Post earrings are titanium and french hook or ball posts are hypoallergenic and ideal for sensitive ears.

All jewelry is durable when in use, but should be protected and handled with care when being removed, transported, or stored. Although these pieces are quite sturdy, clay itself is fragile by nature. Please consider this when removing jewelry (don’t bend pieces and remove with care) and when pieces are not in use.

If your jewelry gets dirty, use a mild alcohol and cotton swab to clean.

We appreciate your business and hope you love your special handmade jewelry!
